Ten krótki film animowany opowiada historię małego ptaszka o imieniu Niegwizdała. Żyje on w świecie, gdzie każdy, człowiek czy zwierz, potrafi gwizdać oprócz niego. Pomimo tego, wciąż próbuje się nauczyć, niestety bez żadnych postępów. Wszyscy wokół zaczynają tracić nadzieję, że to się kiedyś zmieni.

This short animated cartoon presents a story of a little bird called Whistleless. He lives in a world where everybody, men or animal, know how to whistle besides him. Despite this fact he's trying to learn it, unfortunately without any progress. Everybody around starts to lose hope that this will ever change.


SIRI MELCHIOR urodziła się w 1971 roku, w Danii. Ukończyła reżyserię animacji na Royal College of Art w roku 1999. Pięć lat później stworzyła studio animacji TRUNK STUDIO razem z dwójką znajomych z Royal College. Melchior ma już kilka wyróżnień na swoim koncie. „Mambo” (1996), „Passport” (1999) czy „The dog who was a cat inside” (2002) zostały nominowane i nagradzane na wielu festiwalach.

SIRI MELCHIOR was born in 1971, Denmark. She graduated as a animation director at the Royal College of Art in 1999. In 2004 with two colleagues from Royal College, she created the animation studio TRUNK STUDIO. Melchior has few awards on her account. “Mambo” (1996), “Passport” (1999) or “The dog who was a cat inside” (2002) were, amongst others, nominated and awarded in many festivals.
